Specific Duties
> Administrative Support. Greeting clients, answering phones, FedEx/UPS, mail, daily bank deposit, filing, purchasing and managing stock of office supplies, supporting the Business Manager, by accepting phone payments, collections, invoicing questions. Managing Circumerro’s card stock, vendor contract management, advertising contract distribution and management, miscellaneous office duties as needed.

> Publication Distribution. (Homestead, Rendezvous, Pocket Guide).  Oversight of the program, inventory management and reporting to Publishing Director. Follow up with clients on monthly basis.

> Publication Support. (Locale.com, Homestead, Rendezvous, Pocket Guide, JacksonHoleTraveler.com).  Web listing support, ad proofing, and advertiser copy deliveries.

> Executive Support. Assisting Latham in both professional and personal day-to-day needs and project oriented work.  Serving as his right hand person to see his duties through, communicating with his colleagues and oversight of his schedule.

Skills + Requirements
+ College Degree
+ Proficiency with personal computer business applications.
+ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to be deadline oriented.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Forward looking, organized and open-minded approach to position is needed for success.
